On Thursday, Feb. 18, PennDOT announced a plan to toll nine bridges to increase revenue and allow existing transportation funding to be used for other roadway maintenance, operations, and improvements. Delozier Reacts to I-83 Bridge Tolling Plan

Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) issued the following statement in reaction to PennDOT’s announcement of its intent to pursue tolling select bridges across the Commonwealth, including the Interstate 83 bridge that crosses the Susquehanna River, often referred to as the South Bridge:

HARRISBURG – The Cumberland County delegation to the state House of Representatives Wednesday were dismayed Gov. Tom Wolf’s annual budget address made no mention of fixing his dysfunctional unemployment system or addressing the economic distress his unilateral decisions to shut some business down is causing.
