Pennsylvania’s State Legislative Constitutional Authority - 2020

There continues to be a great deal of discussion regarding the General Assembly returning in December for special session and what role it plays in the certification of elections, as well as the presidential electors. I want to provide you with extensive information about my actions and reaction to constitutional, statutory and case law surrounding the General Assembly’s powers of when the General Assembly is in session, the role of the General Assembly in certifying elections and electors, Congress’ authority to act and constitutional actions taken to address the 2020 General Election.

Cumberland County State Lawmakers to Volunteer at Central Pennsylvania Food Bank

WHAT: Reps. Greg Rothman (R-Mechanicsburg), Barb Gleim (R-Carlisle), Sheryl Delozier (R-Lower Allen), Torren Ecker (R-Mount Holly Springs) and Sen. Mike Regan (R-Cumberland/York) will volunteer at the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank to pack boxes for those in need of food assistance in central Pennsylvania in recognition of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
