House Committee to Vote Legislation Rolling Back Wolf Restriction on Restaurants

Sep. 16, 2020 /

WHAT: The House Commerce Committee, chaired by Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) will consider legislation that would raise from 25% to 50% the restriction on indoor seating capacity set by Gov. Tom Wolf for restaurants and event venues. In addition to House Bill 2832, the committee will vote House Bill 2615, which would create the Small Restaurant Grant Program to assist restaurants impacted by COVID-19. Both pieces of legislation have bipartisan support.

Delozier, House Committee to Examine Financial Impact of COVID-19

WHAT: The House Commerce Committee, chaired by state Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland), will hold the first in a two-part series of public hearings titled “What Comes Next - the Impacts of the COVID Crisis.” Testifiers will discuss the manner in which COVID-19 has impacted our economy in instances such as moratoriums and forbearances of loans and payments.

WHAT: State Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) invites residents of the 88th Legislative District to a no-contact shredding event. Documents will be securely disposed of by Tri-State Shredding, which will be employing proper COVID-19 safety measures.

HARRISBURG – State Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Camp Hill) invites residents of the 88th Legislative District to a no-contact shredding event she will be hosting on Saturday, Aug. 29, from 10 a.m. to noon in the parking lot of the Lower Allen Township building, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill.
