Delozier Bill Updating Uniform Construction Code Goes to the Governor’s Desk

HARRISBURG – Legislation authored by state Rep. Sheryl M. Delozier (R-Cumberland) that would allow refrigerants in the Commonwealth to be listed as acceptable alternatives to hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) under the federal Clean Air Act is headed to Gov. Tom Wolf’s desk for his signature. House Bill 2079 will resolve a conflict between the technical side of the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) in Pennsylvania and the federal law regarding the Environmental Protection Agency’s required refrigerants.

Criminal Justice Reform Caucus Hosted Special Event to Highlight Reentry Challenges at SCI Camp Hill, Says Delozier

The measure is now Act 77 of 2022.
