Delozier to Honor Local Emergency Responders

HARRISBURG – State Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) invites emergency responders from the 88th Legislative District to attend a drive-thru dinner she and her staff will be hosting on Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Strock Farm, 729 Williams Grove Road, Mechanicsburg.

“The pandemic should not prevent us from finding ways to say thank you to the men and women who support us in our time of need despite the presence of COVID-19,” said Delozier. “My staff and I annually honor our veterans with a breakfast and are looking forward to holding a similar event for emergency responders.”

Any emergency responder wishing to attend needs to RSVP to 717-761-4665. Registration includes making dinner choices (roast pork or barbecue chicken) to go along with side dishes.

The 88th Legislative District in Cumberland County consists of Lower Allen and Upper Allen townships; as well as Lemoyne, Mechanicsburg, New Cumberland, Shiremanstown and Wormleysburg boroughs.
