Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) will join victims advocates in calling for passage of Marsy’s Law. This amendment would revise the state’s constitution to include provisions providing specific protections to individual victims as their cases are adjudicated. It passed once during the 2017-18 legislative session, but must be approved a second time in order to be placed on the ballot for ratification by the voters.
Delozier; Sen. John Sabatina Jr. (D-Philadelphia); Kevin Steele, district attorney for Montgomery County; Jennifer Storm, leader of the Pennsylvania Office of the Victim Advocate; and victims rights advocates.
