Mid Penn Legal Services will lead a seminar educating attendees on the protection offered by Power of Attorney (POA) arrangements and other basics. Topics covered during class will include: what a POA is; what can happen if you don’t have a POA; how a POA protects you and your family; the role of agents and other topics. Living wills, wills and health care POAs will also briefly be discussed.
