HARRISBURG –Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) today called on the General Assembly to once again pass Marsy’s Law, so voters can decide if a victims bill of rights should be added to the Pennsylvania Constitution.
WHAT: Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) will join victims advocates in calling for passage of Marsy’s Law. This amendment would revise the state’s constitution to include provisions providing specific protections to individual victims as their cases are adjudicated. It passed once during the 2017-18 legislative session, but must be approved a second time in order to be placed on the ballot for ratification by the voters.

WHAT: Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) will join Gov. Tom Wolf in increasing awareness about the new Clean Slate law, which seals nonviolent criminal records after a decade. Delozier authored Act 56 of 2018, which made Pennsylvania the first state in the nation to offer this opportunity.
HARRISBURG - Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) today announced that she returned more than $25,000 in unused legislative expense account funds from the 2017-18 legislative session, which ended on Nov. 30. This was the fifth consecutive legislative session from which she has returned money to the state.
