Delozier Announces Low-Interest Loan for Industrial Property

March 4, 2020

HARRISBURG — A low-interest loan from the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority will be used to repurpose an industrial property in New Cumberland, according to Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R- Cumberland).

PIDA awarded a $165,000 loan to H3C Enterprises LLC through the Capital Region Economic Development Corp. It is 15-year loan at a 2% interest rate.

H3C Enterprises LLC plans to acquire a 10,680-square-foot industrial property for warehousing of equipment and materials. C&Z Construction LLC, which is a restoration company for commercial and residential clients, will occupy much of the space.

The total project cost is $490,675.

C&Z Construction LLC will create six full-time jobs and retain 15 jobs.

“It is great that PIDA chose to support a project with important reuse of an existing property. I appreciate that businesses are choosing to grow the economy in the 88th District,” Delozier said.

The 88th Legislative District encompasses part of Cumberland County including the townships of Lower Allen and Upper Allen and the boroughs of Lemoyne, Mechanicsburg, New Cumberland, Shiremanstown and Wormleysburg.
