December 4, 2019
HARRISBURG – The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC recognized Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) with a Catalyst Award tonight for creating positive change in the Harrisburg region.
Delozier received the Government Leader of the Year recognition during a celebration at the Hilton Harrisburg and the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts.
“I’m so appreciative of this honor and humbled by it. Thank you to the chamber and CREDC for recognizing those of us who work to generate good public policy for all of Pennsylvania. I have been honored to work across the aisle on the issue of criminal justice reform for commonsense changes in our justice system and for the victims’ voices in Pennsylvania,” Delozier said.
The Catalyst Awards recognized eight people and businesses. In addition to Delozier, awards went to Claudia Williams, The Human Zone LLC; Todd Snovel, PA Commission on LGBTQ+ Affairs; Eric Darr, Harrisburg University of Science & Technology; UGI Utilities Inc.; Blake Lynch, Harrisburg Bureau of Police; Triscari Video/Web/Marketing; and Sylvia Hepler, Launching Lives LLC.
Delozier is serving her sixth term in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives on behalf of the 88th District in Cumberland County.
