Delozier to Host Older and Wiser Seminar

HARRISBURG – Attorneys from MidPenn Legal Services will help simplify the complexities of estate planning during a free seminar hosted by Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) on Thursday, Oct. 17.

Scheduled from 9-10:30 a.m., the final seminar in the Older and Wiser Seminars series will be held at Bethany Village, 325 Wesley Drive, Mechanicsburg.

The topic of the seminar is “Protection through Powers of Attorney and Living Wills.”

“No one wants to think about the devastating circumstances in which our loved ones will need to turn to a power-of-attorney document or living will, but having those materials in place can make a difficult time just a bit easier,” Delozier said.

Delozier hosted four Older and Wiser Seminars this fall to help residents of the 88th District navigate legal documents needed for severe health and end-of-life decision making.
