Delozier to Host Older and Wiser Seminar

HARRISBURG – Lessons about how to distinguish between wills and living trusts will be shared during a free seminar hosted by Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) on Thursday, Oct. 3.

The seminar on Oct. 3 will be the third in four planned Older and Wiser Seminars with experts from MidPenn Legal Services. It will be held from 9-10:30 a.m. at Woods at Cedar Run, 824 Lisburn Road, Camp Hill.

The topic of the seminar is “Wills and Living Trusts: Which Do I Need?”

“The decisions that need to be made during estate planning are complicated, yet very important, ones. Having properly developed estate-planning documents in place can help our loved ones have clarity about our wishes,” Delozier said.

The final seminar in the series is scheduled for 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at Bethany Village. The topic will be “Protection through Powers of Attorney and Living Wills.”
