Delozier Invites Area Veterans and Active Duty Military Personnel to Sixth Annual ‘Tribute to Veterans’

April 13, 2018

LOWER ALLEN – Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) will host her sixth annual breakfast and recognition ceremony to honor and recognize veterans and active military personnel residing in the 88th Legislative District. All service members are welcome to participate, regardless of when they served.

The event will take place on Friday, April 27, at the First Church of God Community Center, 201 E. Green St., Mechanicsburg. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. The program will begin at 8 a.m. All veterans will be recognized with a patriotic pin.

“We owe our veterans and active duty military a debt of gratitude for protecting and defending America’s freedom and independence,” Delozier said. “This is just one small way to thank them for their service.”

Col. Douglas A. Etter, chief of communications at the Lebanon Veterans Administration Medical Center, will be this year’s keynote speaker for the event with a focus on “Today’s Veterans Administration Services.”

Veterans and active duty personnel are invited to bring a guest to the event; however, seating is limited, and registration is required. Those interested in attending can register online at RepDelozier.com or call Delozier’s district office at (717) 761-4665.

More details are available on Delozier’s website, RepDelozier.com, and Facebook.com/RepDelozier.
